The stay that asks for no trade-off: eight nights at the Mirleft surf camp, then the bivouac beyond Sidi Ifni, where a reef few people know is waiting. Supervised surf timed to the conditions, the big tent already pitched, dinner around the fire — four people per 4×4, not one more. Over seven days the expedition takes from the week; over ten, it is added to it.

Onwards beyond Sidi Ifni, where the road stops and the desert meets the ocean. Bivouac near Foum Assaka, a session on a reef few people know, and the complete silence of the dunes as the day drops.

Back to the camp along the coast, hair full of salt and sand in the board bags. There are days left, and that is the whole point of the format: the expedition took nothing from the surf week. An extra session, free surf, yoga or excursions for anyone who still wants more.
A last dinner at the shared table, at eight. This is the one of our stays that leaves the longest mark — a real surf level, a night in the desert, and the immediate urge to do it again.
