Cancellations and refunds.
Last updated 2026-06-13
This policy sets out the cancellation and refund terms for stays. It reproduces the grid from the terms of sale and adds a force-majeure clause.
Cancellation grid
| Time before arrival | Refund | Arrangements |
|---|---|---|
| More than 30 days | Full (100%) | Deposit refunded within 14 days |
| Between 30 and 15 days | 70% (30% retained) | Place put back on sale |
| Less than 15 days | None (full amount retained) | Balance due |
| Absence / no-show | None | — |
Force majeure
If the stay cannot take place because of force majeure (natural disaster, government travel ban, airport closure, war, civil unrest, public-health measures), the participant is offered an equivalent package, a postponement, or a full refund of the sums paid. No further compensation may be claimed.
Date change
A change request (dates, package, number of participants) must be sent in writing; we follow up on it subject to availability. Any request made less than fifteen days before arrival is treated as a cancellation under the grid above.
Refunds are made using the same payment method as the one used for the booking. Any bank transaction fees not returned by the payment institution may be deducted from the refund.
